Jesco Products was established in 1964 as a machining source for die cast parts. This was the main revenue until 1968. At that time, Jesco offered its first line of small fluid dispensers to the electronic industry.

A complete line of Epoxy Mixers and Dispensers were developed and sold for potting and encapsulating electronic components. The expansion of that product line took the company into every conceivable industry. Everything from pouring billiard balls to bonding windshields into cars and trucks on the assembly line. Jesco has worked with several “turnkey” system integrators in implementing robotic dispensing systems and was a pioneer in that development.

Jesco's complete product line includes “Mastercraft” drum and pail pumps, which transfer mastic and sealers or plural component materials through meters, mixers and applicators to the point of application. Dispense systems and applicators were developed to suit specific customer needs. The results were the development of a complete line of production proven equipment.

Jesco has designed and built gantry robots, motion tables and fixtures for "Off Line" dispensing applications under the company's "PolyMotion Systems" trademark.

Automotive production cells for filling vehicle cavities with acoustical (NVH) foam were designed and installed in several plants under the trademark of "Autofoam Systems."

Jesco continues to expand and improve its line of products. New products such as the patented Bubble Detect Systems are developed and fully tested by Jesco before being offered to industry.
