Jesco N-3600 Series Clear and Black Primer Dispensing Systems are mainly used in robotic glass priming applications for the automotive industry. These systems were designed to dispense 2 different types of primer materials from 1 system. Each N-3600 Series System includes 2 separate primer dispensers that share a common operator station / terminal box, air supply package and machine base. As such, they require much less of valuable plant floor space.
The Clear Primer is dispensed from a 2 gallon pressurized stainless steel pressure pot. The Black Primer is dispensed from a 10 gallon non-pressurized stainless steel vessel using a diaphragm pump. The Black primer is constantly circulated from and back to the 10 gallon reservoir in order to keep the material homogeneous and prevent material fillers from settling out of suspension. Both primer dispensers are airtight closed systems with provisions to prevent moisture contamination of the primer materials.
Some of the other N-3600 Series Primer Dispensing System features are as follows:
- Black Primer dispenser circulates primer all the way through the gun with the use of a Jesco Recirculating Adjustable Flow applicator gun included.
- Ready for hook-up to a system PLC controller
- Continuous level probes in each of the primer reservoirs.
- Fluid pressure monitoring on each of the dispensers.
- Can be used in Drip and Drag or brush / felt pad automated applications.
- Terminal box includes 2 Volume Remaining displays. One for each of the primer reservoirs.
- Manual operators and indicator lights for necessary functions and diagnostics.
Jesco N-3600 Series Primer Dispensing Systems are also available as single primer dispensers. The model numbers are N-3600-CLR and N-3600-BLK. Many optional features are available for the N-3600 Series Systems. Options such as:
