The N-387 and N-547 Series Twin Cartridge Resin Blender Dispensers are positive displacement adjustable ratio dispensers for thixotropic materials of low to moderately high viscosity. They are an ideal system for laboratory use in evaluating a wide range of material formulations, mixtures and production methods, quickly and inexpensively.

The Jesco N-387 and N-547 Series Dispensers can meter materials directly from 3, 6 or 12 oz. plastic cartridges and have an adjustable ratio range from 1:1 to 10:1. The N-387 Series Dispenser models include a high shear rotary dynamic mixer with power valve inlet manifold and solvent flush provision. The N-547 Series Dispenser models utilize a static mixer with power valve manifold and solvent flush provision if required. Various types, sizes and brands of static mixers are available for the N-547 Series Dispenser.

For very viscous materials, a Heavy Duty version of the N-387 and N-547 Series Dispensers is available as a “-HD” option. When a large output of material is required at a wide ratio, a Twin Resin cartridge option is available as a “-TR” option.
